In 2014 I began spreading awareness about my work with Maria Jose Orero (my wife) via gastronomic experiences which are mainly based on performances which unite gastronomic history with different artistic and cultural disciplines.

I began this work in collaboration with CULTURA A CASA which organises secret experiences at unusual venues. I began with a dinner at a furniture restoration workshop based on the cuisine served at Palma’s ancient stately homes, and many other similar meals followed, all based on different themes; Mallorca’s convent cuisine; popular cooking; Medieval cooking; Die Balearen cooking; Jewish Mallorcan cuisine… And these workshops were followed by private dinners also based on historical cuisine.
